  • Yes. A $15 surcharge applies for any service 21+ miles from our home base in 44147.

  • Yes.

    • $25/night for overnights

    • $10/service for drop-ins, walks, or combos
      Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
      A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for holiday bookings.

  • Yes! We offer FREE Pawsultations to meet you and your pet before starting services.

  • Yes, there’s a $10 fee for key pickup at the start of services and $10 for key drop-off at the conclusion of services.

  • Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, cash and credit card

  • We use an app called Petpocketbook where you can manage your bookings, have your furry families GPS, and also get their report cards.
